General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our webshop and govern the relationship between the customer and the shop. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. We recommend that you read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Products and information
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date descriptions, images and size information for all our products. However, as certain items are manufactured or supplied by third-party manufacturers, minor variations in colour, measurements or design may occur. Such variations are not considered defects or faults as long as the overall functionality of the product is retained.

3. Ordering and conclusion of contract
A binding contract is deemed to have been concluded when you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of printing errors, technical errors, fraudulent activity or lack of stock. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received.

4. Delivery and shipping
We work with both European and international logistics partners to reduce our environmental impact and consolidate deliveries. This means that your order may be shipped directly from our warehouse, manufacturer or one of our partners. Delivery times are indicative and depend on transport conditions, customs clearance and any delays at the shipping company. Shipping costs, if any, will be clearly stated before you approve the order.

5. Payment and security
We accept the most common payment methods, including credit cards and online payment services. Payment will only be taken once the order has been dispatched. We use encrypted connections (SSL) to protect your payment details.

6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the English Consumer Agreement Act. The withdrawal period runs from the day you receive the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Returns must be sent to our return address in the United Kingdom. The customer is responsible for all direct costs associated with the return. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

7. Right of complaint and warranty
You have a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the English Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint covers manufacturing and material defects, but not normal wear and tear, incorrect use or damage caused by the customer. If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us in writing, describing the problem and stating the order number. We may request photographic documentation or return of the item for inspection.

8. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the item. We cannot be held liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, lost profits or other financial consequences resulting from the use of the product.

9. Errors on the website
We reserve the right to make printing errors, price changes, sold-out items and technical errors on the webshop.

10. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, epidemics, import restrictions or transport disruptions.

11. VAT and taxes (Reverse charge)
All prices shown in the webshop include English VAT for customers in the EU, unless otherwise stated.
For business customers in the EU with a valid VAT number, reverse charge applies, and VAT is not added to the invoice in accordance with EU VAT rules.
Customers outside the EU do not pay English VAT, but may be required to pay local customs or import duties upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

12. Special scheme for postal and courier services (import)
We use the special EU scheme for postal and courier services for imports, which entitles the carrier to charge VAT and any customs or customs clearance fees directly to the recipient. All prices shown are therefore exclusive of these additional costs.
Under VAT legislation, the place of delivery is considered to be the place where transport begins. In this case, delivery takes place outside the EU.
We do not charge shipping costs, which emphasises that we are not responsible for transport. Delivery and import are handled exclusively by our supplier and the carrier (e.g. YunExpress).
Any unpaid VAT amounts are the responsibility of the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for non-payment of VAT or customs duties, as we fulfil our obligations under EU rules.

13. Choice of law and jurisdiction
All purchases are subject to English law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought before the English courts.
